I started to use the Level Editor

Post by Mr Croft on Mon Mar 30, 2009 8:39 am

Hey,

I started to use the Level Editor on Saturday and I already know some of the basics (Texturing, lightning, placing some objects, move the floor and ceiling). The first tutorial room is done ( without the door and some objects).

Picture of the ceiling:

Picture without the lightning:

Picture with the lightning:

Please tell me what you think. Thumbs up

Looking fantasic andre. Well done! Lower the lighting of the room a bit more then it will look more natural. It's still a bit bright. Nice work!

Thank you both. Big Kiss

Yeah, Tessa, they are kinda confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, they are easy. Thumbs up

One thing at a time, Tessa. First I have to learn the basics, like put water, triggering stuff and LOTS of other stuff. In the future I hope to build a levelset. Big Grin

They look good! But the pillars/columns look streched, use another cell and split the texture in half. Wink
