Chapter One
Last Breath Before Doom


"Are you sure you're ready to go Lara?" Alister Whispered Into Lara Croft's Ear
"Yes Alister. Since ive found avalon and learnt my mother is gone i wouldLiketo have a nice vacation. but i dont want Zip and Winston to know about it because its our secret. C'mon before they wake up." Lara Smiled At Alister, Her Yellow Eyes Gleamed. their was something wrong. this wasnt lara at all. but did alister know?
"So Lara. Where Are We Going..?" This woman looked at Alister,
"California. Why Do You Ask?"
"It's just that surprises can be horrid as well as nice."
"well, okay" She turned around to look at the Mannor
Hours Later Lara Awakes. And heards to go down stairs she heard Zip shouting at Winston
"WHERE THE F**K IS THAT STUPID BOY?!" he shouted
"Language Zippy, now whats the matter?" Lara walked slowly down the stairs.
"Alisters Gone." Zip screamed angrily
"Well after my old mannor went boom im not surprised. poor boy. he must be so scared!"
"Scared? my arse! I'ma look at the New Tech Room Footage to prove that he's run off!"
"Okay, I'll look with you." Winston Looked At Lara,
"i'm not too keen on the new Mannor Lara. are you sure its safe for us to move here?"
"Yes Winston, it is. it was my farthers and he did leave this place for me. nobody knew where i lived before. but now i live here." Lara shook her head
"Deary Me, shes taken him... funny, i told her to live her own life and she takes Alister, she must feel a strong connection with our dear Alister." Lara Laughed
"Who?" Winston Blinked with a confused expresion
"My Doppleganger!" Lara was nearly on the floor with this laughter
"Oh My!" Lara walked away still laughing,
"I'm going to go and get dressed, i've been invited to a party, and since im taking a vacation. i wont be needing my guns." but a strong vibration of illness filled the air lara shivered and walked up the stairs, but her leg twitched and she fell down slowly.
"LARA!!" zip shouted running to her shocked with his heart beating vastly
"lara, lara, can you hear me? lara? check her pulse rate
"Oh No.. i think .. i think she's dead!! Our Lara has died! call an ambulence!! Lara!!"
"no need for an ambulence. she's a strong girl .. i hope."
Three Hours Later Zip Came To Check On Lara
"We should of called an amublence Winston.. maybe she would be awake and alive right now!!" As he said it Laras eyes peeled open
"Zip? whats going on!" lara was alive and awake.
"Lara! you're alive!! winston shes alive!! oh we thought you were dead!"
"i think i was. i don't remember in detail but as i went up the stairs i saw a light. i may have died.."
