Thanks, but those are just for using. There is an AoD theme, but it's only for pphb2 version of the forum, and that would change it completely

No, you can only submit themes, not make them

Don't forums use the CSS code for their themes?
I don't think they use a different code..
I can make a CSS file sometime,if you want me to.
